By operating on OrSMS you agree to uphold compliance, fair usage, and security obligations.

Acceptable use

  • OTP traffic must be transactional and compliant with local telecom regulations.
  • No use of the service for unsolicited marketing or prohibited content.

Service commitments

  • We provide 99.95% monthly uptime with proactive incident notifications.
  • Maintenance windows are announced at least 72 hours in advance except in emergencies.

Customer responsibilities

  • Safeguard API keys, rotate credentials, and enforce least-privilege access within your organization.
  • Notify OrSMS within 24 hours of any suspected compromise of your tenant environment.
